‘You got this’ is an everyday phrase used as a positive affirmation of someone’s capabilities. We thought it would help embolden especially female candidates to step up and apply to be a police officer.
Cinematic ride-along style videos by Ashton & Peek worked with print and digital materials to show the life of an officer, unpack the application process and make it easier for potential applicants to imagine themselves in the role.
